Karen Walters, ADN, LMT, is a personal trainer, posing and nutrition coach with over 23 years of experience. She specializes in weight loss, corrective exercise, bodybuilding, strength training, and overall health. Karen offers both in-person training and convenient online workouts and meal plans tailored to her clients’ needs. In addition, Karen is a seasoned sports and massage therapist with expert knowledge in anatomy and physiology. Certified in medical and therapeutic massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, prenatal massage, and more, she has worked with world-class athletes, including NFL and NBA players, boxers, and pro bodybuilders, helping them with injury prevention and recovery.
Nelson Catuiza, an Air Force veteran and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), began his personal training career in 2012 while still on active duty. In 2016, he founded YataFitness, providing one-on-one and small group training to the Missouri City and Sugar Land areas.
Nelson offers a range of services, including personal training, online coaching, and meal planning. His specialties include fat loss, weight loss, mobility, and strength & conditioning, helping clients achieve their goals with a focus on long-term success.
Pam Lambert holds a B.S. in Physical Education and has been certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 1991. With over 25 years of experience working with pre- and post-rehabilitation clients, as well as extensive experience training seniors, Pam is passionate about improving people’s quality of life through exercise. Her fitness programs focus on balance, posture, back health, osteoporosis prevention, strength training, and weight management.
Pam believes that it’s never too late to improve your life through exercise and is dedicated to helping clients achieve better health at any age.
